All aboard for a meal you’ll never forget. In this painting, my four sons don their chef’s whites and take over the kitchen of a legendary dining car—think Orient Express meets family reunion. The air is thick with the scent of simmering sauces and the clatter of silverware as the train barrels through a landscape of memory and imagination. Each chef brings his own flair to the menu: a dash of mischief, a pinch of rivalry, and a whole lot of heart.
