This summer’s work leans into heat, color, and the kind of loose, lived-in moments that feel right when the temperature starts acting personal. I’m working with brighter oranges, tropical greens, and peachy tones across yupo, canvas, pastel, acrylic, and oil — letting each surface bring its own attitude to the party. I draw inspiration from the people and places around me, and from the creative community I’m lucky to call friends. My recent show at the Art Centre of Plano was a reminder that art is about connection—between artist and viewer, between friends, and between the past and the present.
